2. How We Use Information

• Create and manage accounts, profiles, requests, applications, Referee job-opening workflows, acknowledgements, and service access.
• Deliver training, career guidance, resume support, projects, internships, job-search assistance, networking support, and institution-facing services.
• Match or connect users with relevant opportunities, employers, institutions, programs, or service resources, including candidate mapping for authorized Referee-submitted openings.
• Process transactions and communicate about services, applications, payments, security, and support.

3. How Information May Be Shared

• With employers or opportunity providers when you apply, opt in, or use a service that requires profile sharing.
• With relevant Referees or hiring contacts where candidate information is required for an authorized referral or hiring workflow, subject to the intended service purpose and appropriate access controls.

4. Resumes, Profiles, and Applications

When you upload a resume or create a professional profile, HoliTalent may process that information to provide resume, job-search, internship, career-guidance, placement, or related services. Relevant information may be shared with employers or institutions when needed for a requested workflow or when you submit an application.

5. Students and Younger Users

HoliTalent serves students as well as adults. Where applicable law requires parent or guardian authorization for a younger user, the account or service should be used only with that authorization. Institutions using HoliTalent are responsible for obtaining any permissions they are required to obtain for their students.
